APEX!?

Im 23 and ride the GT with the rear spring cranked. Im 200# and 5'9" seems ok so far although I would probably go for the RTX this time around I wanted the trick electric shock. Which BTW I guess I didn't zip tie the wires in to good last time the skid was out and ended up ripping the plug off the shock side! I had to make up a new hanress for it there 2 nights ago. So far lovin this sled!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

im 20 and have an rtx iweigh 170#s and i was bottomming i had the shock sent out and it was revalved and also had big boy spring put on. i put c&a skis clutchkit bar riser studs and this thing rocks i race moto x so i wanted to have a rugh sled i do know no problams just handwarmers and slides go every 400 miles but if you can afford to do it go for it i did it and will never look back. i came of a piped viper and i rode a rev last year for 2 days and thought i was getting a rev this year and then saw the apex and the rtx is 4 times better then my viper and 2 times better then the rev. do it but i would wait for 07 theres not a lot of winter left so i would wait and not sit on a payment all summer unless i found a smoking deal.

I have 2200mi on a RTX now and only just replaced the stock hyfax. Most of those miles were in good snow, but at least 500-600mi of the total was in poor snow. I don't know about others but even my stock hyfax that I took off had more left to go. I have had no other problems besides inner wheels and they were replaced with no questions by dealer, the dealer even gave me the new hyfax for free also.

LOVE THE SLED!!!

BTW- when replacing hyfax it is good practice to heat the rail were the screw goes in to hold the slides. This allows the locktite to release easier, otherwise you risk damaging/stripping the threads in the rail.
