Saturday and Sunday (April 25th/26th) at Wisconsin International Raceway were called off due to the rainy weather.
Had a bonfire on Friday night and the mosquitos were out already.....and if they are normal size, I hate to see what they are going to be like after all this rain!

Did you mean April 25th/26th, or are you predicting rain in May. LOL
I'll have to stop by some night, I'am 2 miles from the track. Been awhile since I've been to the drags, usually check out the stock races a few times each year.

I will hopefully get out May 15th as long as everything shows up in time. Still have to finish up the front shocks, but everything else on the chassis is ready to go! Got boost?!
Looks Good Alan.......That must be a rad mounted way up there for better air movement through the coils or for a cooling can. Looks like mesh over your intercooler, you know you should have taken a pic with the hood off, so I could see better

That's the stock radiator in stock location on the FX Nytro. No mesh or anything over the radiator. Ask for a picture and you shall receive!

Allen, looks real nice buddy!
Ryan (pro116), Great seeing you again at the track!
Last night was a Real street drag night at WIR (Wisconsin International Raceway) and the sleds were teched in perfectly just as always.
Traction was a factor last night and everyone had poor 60 foot times.
The Apex/Attak ran very well but had ratcheting problems. Will be working on that today.
The SRX was performing flawlessly, and ran the numbers back to back every run within .012. Reaction times were .011, .011, .020, .017. I hope this happens today as today starts points!

Wow what a night It's a whole different ball game on a bike.My first pass I went side ways about 40ft out and thought i was going down. The second pass I broke loose at 90mph.I learned that you have to drop tire pressure drag racing,Damn newbie's lol.
Tonight I'll give it hell.
My best time last night kid of sucked but never launched a bike before.
60ft:1.97
1/8:7.33@106.27mph
1/4:10.97@135.12mph
Good seeing you Terry.Thank's for letting me use your air guage.

Ryan - No problem buddy! Anytime you need something, head on into the trailer and get it.
Wisconsin International Raceway - 5-1-09 Partly cloudy, Temp. 56° Humidity 40% dropping to 47° and 48% - Big Headwind of 17mph
This was just time runs, and then they had a hat race where everybody in the class puts their name in a hat and they draw who you race against. I won my race, so that was some money in my pocket.
The Apex/Attak is still hard to figure out the fuel injection bog and after 2 runs, I decided to keep running the SRX.
1st time run – SRX – Lane 1
Reaction time .0117
1.4405 60’
4.0035 330’
6.1989 660’ ET
113.39 660’ MPH
9.8999 ¼ ET
127.85 ¼ MPH
2nd time run – SRX - Lane 2
Reaction time .0119
1.4747 60’
4.0204 330’
6.1905 660’ ET
110.69 660’ MPH
9.8940 ¼ ET
128.23 ¼ MPH
3rd time run – SRX – Lane 1
Reaction time .9885 (This was because of the hat race and he wanted me to give him a head start because he was 1-1.5 seconds slower than I was. I held my hands up at the starting line and then when I saw him leave, I grabbed on and hit the throttle.)
1.4492 60’
4.0019 330’
6.1865 660’ ET
110.62 660’ MPH
9.9083 ¼ ET
126.42 ¼ MPH
As you can see by the 1/4 ET times, the SRX is staying very consistant. I will post Saturday's race results in a little while.

Terry, how do you know its a fuel injection bog vs. an overshift condition?

Matt, It is most noticeable when I hit the throttle off of the line. If I leave off idle, it will not do it as bad as when I have it at 3,500. If I hit the throttle at 3,500, it drops 800 rpms and then reacts. It is wierd and I have the Fuel Accelerator on it and have been playing with it. Been doing this for awhile and at the 2006 World Finals for IHRA, it was terrible. Any suggestions? If I go higher engagement, it will break the track loose.
