On a turbo charged apex Should air temp. sensor be located in the intercooler just before throttle body or just left under hood?

Stock sensor just gets zipped tied under the hood.

ya thats where mine is but was thinking that ecu would get a truer air temp.reading if located inside the intercooler

If you have a PCV with PTI then it reads the intercooler... I would leave it out.
