Dealer backed off compression another 1/4 inch but striped lock nut & adjustment nut. EC now does smooth out conditions but still not bottoming on softest setting. Unloaded spring at 10.5 inches & sled now has 1000 miles so spring should be broken in. Anybody else have their rear Ohlin adjustment nut & lock nuts stripped out?

Dealer replaced stripped EC ohlin nuts. The rear suspension came together around 1200 miles & actually bottomed out on whoop. Unloaded spring at 10.5 inches. The EC now has good feel from soft to hard. Life is good now the the rear is more responsive to EC settings.

Guys, just FYI his Attak GT came stock with the Ohlins 6.1 kg spring. Not quite a big boy spring (6.5 and 7.1 respectfully), but one of the heavier ones available. Some Apexes came with 5.1 and 5.5 springs stock, which are too small for most anybody but a kid. But with The 6.1 spring, I'm not suprised he wasn't bottoming.
