Just wondering what everyone is hearing for 2006. I am real content with the status quo but would ideally love an Attack GT. What do you think my chances are?

I too assume you meant to type 07??
If so, nothing major but there will be an Attak GT.

Why spend more money for shocks that you really don't need on the Attak???

That's what I'm banking on....I LOVED the GT, but I also really like a long track. I think a 2007 Attak GT would sell VERY well. Keep the Black/Grey colors going. Offer up some other track options and you're good to go.

Coldone, It's not the shock package that's of interest, it's the color scheme. Black, silver and chrome are a great color combo.

Speak for yourself, I love the shock package on my GT almost as much as the color scheme. 8)YamiSmurf said:Coldone, It's not the shock package that's of interest, it's the color scheme. Black, silver and chrome are a great color combo.

im hoping for an attak with decent hand guards, stiffer shock springs, and an extra rear heat exchanger. oy yeah and idler wheels that dont explode for no apparent reason

GT fronts are calibrated for the Apex GT, not the Attak, so not exactly a fair comparison.
GT fronts offer adjustability, so with a little tuning you can make the GT fronts work perfect for the rider, that you can't do with stock shocks.

I have the shocks on one attak and not other.. We all rode both and now we put them on wifes also.. She didnt like stock ones after riding with the clickers either. Set them correct and they make the stock shocking seem poor. We also have the GTs to compare with.

Yes, I'm sorry, I did mean to type 07. LAst year I could not decide what to do because I really want a 136 but was wowed by the GT. I think the Attack GT would be a popular option.
