I have an 07 Attak GT and am looking to put small rails on the sides and back of my Attak so I can throw a small duffle bag or backpack there (or gas) for long trips. I know I'll have to get mountain tips that turn out too, unless someone else has an idea...
I was curious to see what everyone else has done.... Here's a pic of my 03 Viper ER that I made rail rack for...
If you've put a rack on, please show me your pics so I can get some ideas..

I was kust at my dealer this afternoon looking at the acceccory rack that is supposed to be for the RX Chasis. It is in the accessory catalogue, it does fit the attak/apex chasis......if that's of any help. I've looked on TY before for the same info and came up empty handed.....you'll have to make your own....
How do those tips mount to the existing pipes? Are they welded? Where did you get them too? Looks great!!

Auto store like Canadian Tire here in Canada and its the turned
out style 45deg or so and 1 7/8"Dia then cut them off on an angle
to suit i think i cut off around 1-1/2 - 2" and tack weld them on in
three places. Easy enough to remove later if needed just grind the
spots and you back to stock. Did this on my 03 Mtn as well works
great.

dblacks, where did you get that can and tail light? Did you have to re-enforce the tail section on your sled to carry the gas can?

Craigerbuilt.com rougly $50
LED on Ebay from Flyn Cycle I think $40
Section that the tail light goes on is eliminated with the section from the Apex Mountain, $100 or you can find one used but I hadn't as most mountain guys that have gone to a single exhaust or custom exhaust setup are keeping the parts so they can go back to stock.

I just find it hard to believe that the gas can doesn't get any heat from the exhaust with this setup...
