No reverse - Alarm p0919

Hello,
I am new to the board after purchasing a 2015 viper. Lately it won't go in reverse and is flashing alarm p0919. I already checked the relay, so I wonder if it is the actuator or something else? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's a pretty common failure. There are guys on this site that have found a window regulator motor that's way cheaper. It does require a basic modification but its pretty simple. Try doing a search or check out FAQs.
