Snowmobile alarm

Can I use any motorcycle alarm in my sled or does it need to be a snowmobile alarm?

I would like to use this one, but wonder how the bumps and cold will effect it? Has anyone ever used one?

My bro-in-law has a motorcycle alarm, forget which one it is. I can see no reason why it would not work perfectly on a sled.
Remote start is an option also with the 06 4 cylinders because of fuel injection

Just make sure its water proof. I found a jetski alarm that doubled as a sled alarm.

Also, if you are coming from one of the other brands 2 strokes, you can hire somebody from a third world country to guard it for you with the money you save on gas, oil and repairs

I have an EDGE cover on mine Seriously! I do.

I also ran across a snowmobile alarm last year. Do a google, I'm sure you'll find it.
