Alright guys right now I'm putting my new backcountry track in. I just got done cutting out the heat exchange protectors now do I need to take out the rest of the tunnel protectors?

Most guys take them out if not running studs. Stops lots of ice build up in the tunnel . Removed mine and I think it's one of the best things I have done
