after trailering the 03 rx home from riding it was flooded out and wouldn't start. it backfired twice sounded like a shotgun blast.after changing the plugs it ran great but now at about 20 to 30 mph i hear a popping sound coming from the clutch area. i'm thinking it could be an exaughst leak. maybe when it backfired it blew out a donut gasket. anyone ever heard of something like this. thanks

I broke the flex exhaust header on the clutch side on my 03. Found out because of the noise and he smell.

I still don't understand why Yamaha doesn't factory install fuel shutoffs.
