Update again: This issue has been resolved after talking to Al and getting some additional info. The resolution is updated on the snowest thread. Props and thanks to Timbersled and Al for their customer service and products!

Update on SnoWest...appears I have the wrong kit or wrong bottom arms, see SW thread if interested.

Having some issues with the lower a-arms fitting . the simply are not as wide as the stock arms. /boggle

I did some measuring on the sled and the distance between the mounts are equal to my buddies Nytro in the otherside of the garage.
I thought maybe something could have got tweaked and pulled the mounts apart slightly... but doesn't look that way.

Neither left or right fit at all.

Tops fit fine!

Is this normal to have to pry and pressure them to fit? I really don't like that.. Adds a lot of stress to the welds...and thats even before they start getting slammed through jumps and such. Ugh...aftermarket. lol

I'll have to try contacting Allen tomorrow...but curious if this has been seen by others??

hmmm, mine were tight, but not like that...weird!!!

am sure Allen will step up, he is a very good guy!!!

have you chatted with him?

From the looks of those pictures I would not 'make' them fit. You are asking for problems. It stinks but I think you got the wrong parts Rotax... I know the excitment of getting your new parts and wanting to install them immediately! Hopefully they will take care of it for you. Just be glad it isn't in the middle of the season!!! Good luck man! Let us know how you make out, ok?
