So I tweaked my arms a while ago and finally got around to ordering a set of a arms off ebay. So these arms are supposedly off a RX1. The lowers seem to be just like my old ones but the uppers are more reinforced. there is an extra bar and some plates by where the extra bar is and where the knuckle will connect. I got all my bushings replaced and go to connect the knuckle and the upper a arm will not fit the gap that the knuckle would fit in to is too large. also even if I put some kind of spacer in the bolt is too short. My question is are the spindle\knuckles different? and what should I do replace the spindle or go with the older non reinforced uppers. any help would be appreciated.
thanks
thanks

I believe that the (earilier) RX1 spindle is longer than the Vector spindle. That could be where the problem lies. I am sure someone with more knowledge will chime in shortly.

I believe the "A" arms are completely different on the RS to RX chassis. The RS sleds share the same geometry as the early Apex Chassis. Parts will not interchange.

What year rx-1 arms? There are a few variances in arms. Let me know and I'll let you know what your options are.
