Made a few refinements to my adjuster blocks. No reported problems with old design, just refining them even more.
Hex coupling nut used to be a press fit. I've now added a bolt on backside for extra reassurance that it does not come loose. In addition if someone were to strip one off it is now easily a replaceable part, since it is no longer pressed in.
Also went with a smaller 1/2" hex nut, so tool kit wrenches will fit it for trail side adjustment.
I am also no longer powdercoating them, and will just supply them in natural aluminum.
The 4th position provides an additional 1/2" of preload over the stock 3 position blocks which is ideal for heavier riders or riders that sometimes carry extra luggage and need more preload. They are also nice for those that have seat jacks, as you can quickly adjust back and forth between settings when you switch from solo to 2 up.
Another unique feature is they easier to adjust as the hex is located off the centerline of block rotation. This gives you more leverage and allows a smaller wrench to do the job.
Price is still the same..$70 for a pair.

More than likely anyone 250# and up,as the stock springs are for 240# on 3 setting, where I am now.
