Nikolai said:450 wet would be awesome, and not easy. Your entire tunnel/bulkhead/subframe will need to be sub 50 lbs and lighter drivetrain or a belt drive will be needed. Being N/A will help though as will staying with a shorter track.
Subframe is going to be carbon and the tunnel will be fully carbon. Bulkead I am going to leave alone. Engine and clutches do great, so I want my work to involve nothing with the engine. I do not plan on removing either clutch in the process. Tough yes. She will be under 500 next year.
I still have mechanical reverse. LOL

Looking forward to it. Are you going to make any CF suspension parts? Steering post could be CF.

Steering post and hoop and post most likely will, but a-arms and tie rods will be stock m. I like the idea of if i snag an a-arm I can grab some stock parts.

How is your CF tunnel holding up? Any issues?
Did you reinforce the tunnel with any alloy (e.g. around the bulk head mounting points) or is it 100% CF?
What type of drop brackets are you using?

I did add some metal, but am going try not to next time. It was my first time building a tunnel and carbon fiber--I had fiber glassed a decent amount though. After me and my wife removed my tunnel from the mold, we started laughing at the fact I thought this would hold me, so I though I needed atleast some running boards.
I added alum coolers from an M7. I used the stock front bracket--they are heavy, but measuring one bracket for the front mount holes made it quick and easy. The running board edges are from the cat. Better boards. Stock rear bumper. Some bent/curved alum in the back. M7 Rear brackets swapped sides and spun around.
Now, when you lift on the rear bumper it sends the force through the running board edges to the running boards that spread it out along the tunnel. If you look at others tunnels, they do the same thing but you may miss it at first like I did.
Next time, this summer, I will build it with almost all CF. I built it last time to mimic an alum tunnel, but I know I can gain strength and lightness thinking more about it as a fabric.
p.s. if your interested in cf stuff, buzz over to BCR. I got something really wild in the process for us nytro guys.

Oh sorry, no issues. Snow does stick to it, but not as bad as my old alum tunnel.

Thanks for sharing
I'm thinking of doing a CF tunnel as well but will most likely not be this summer, maybe next. Trying to get hold of a wrecked Nytro with an intact engine and drivetrain so I can play around with CF. Don't really want to "chop" up my reliable sled

You have a link to BCR?

Did you ever end up do anymore parts or a second tunnel out of CF?
