Well guys I tryed the Brake Cleaner & Hot Soapy water AGAIN, ummmmmm not bad but not great. Seemed as the belt got warmer from the clutch it got worse, which gave me an idea.
I put the Belt into a paint shop oven at 200deg's and took it up to 250deg's, I could smell and see fumes come off the belt. Then I sprayed it with the Brake Cleaner while it was still good & hot. One last wash with soapy water............and YES WE HAVE A WINNER. It doesn't slip anymore and at least I can use it for a spare.
You could say that you need to cook off the excess oil then clean it
I relocated the C.F. to the other side for now, sure don't want to go through that again.
