Has any had a belt squeal at idle? I just turned 370 on the ODO and my belt squeals sometimes at idle. I had to take it easy this past weekend having had my son riding with me. A lot of of the riding was mid RPM range I wonder if not getting the sled into the high RPM range and gear range is tougher on the belts? I plan on cleaning the clutch up and giving the belt a good check this week before I go up for a real ride. LOL

the last post says to put a few hundred miles on and it 'should' fix itself, which is sometimes true. but if you have already got some miles on and it still squeals, removed the shims in the secondary. Should take you about 20-30 mins, first time around.

The other option is to live with it. If I bounce my butt on the seat it stops. (????)
Mine is in spec and it always squeels because I try to either move it with the Parking Brake on or it frozen. Hope your not a knuclehead like me but if the belt is too loose from removing those washers then you will make it engage too quick.

I took out the washers and it seems to work, after 300-400 miles I will put them back in.
