Just sleding around, changed my belt before I left, belt height in secondary is right, squeals at idle and with a bit of throttle and then goes away once I start moving, Sometimes dosnt squeal, any idea what this could be? Any help would help!

belt is too tight. remove a washer from each 8mm bolt on the back on the secondary.

Ok I'll try that, thanks for the help, can I remove the spacers relatively easy, or do I need to pull the clutch?

Belt's vary in length and they break in after 20-30 mi. You will probably be able to put the shim back in after a few more mi. If it still squeals Yamaha has shims/washer's that are .5. 1/2 the the thickness of what is in there from the factory for fine tuning.

Here is a good thread with pictures of the shim washer adjustment system.
