at end of last year i notice my belt was low in sec sleeve so i removed the bolts and washers which raised the belt. but it developed a squeal. replaced the belt this year (new) still sat low removed bolts and the 2 washers each belt still sits low and is squealing again. do i need a clutch alingment, one more washer or will the squeal go away ??? :o|

Depends when it's squealing. If it's doing it during idle then the belt is too tight. If its during take off from a stop if could be a combination of both the belt being glazed/burnt and the primary clutch faces being too smooth. You could try sanding both the sides of the belt and primary faces with a fine emery or scotchbrite pad, this might help. My 2011se has a consistant squeal during drive away from from a stop until about 10 mph. I think its due to the profile of the stock primary clutch weights not providing enough side force or squeeze on the belt during initial engagement. I'm thinking about putting smaller size rollers in the primary to correct this. Yes it could be an alignment problem and that should be checked. IMHO your belt should be running as high as possible in the secondary without creating an idle squeal.

squealing at idle both clutches where cleaned and sanded (scotchbrite pad) springs have never been replaced (06 with 7200 km) if alignment is out do i need acertain tool to check it or is there another way

Definately sounds like the belt is too tight. Need to open the secondary up just a bit. You will need the tool to check the alignment but I would go with the secondary first, should stop the squeal.
