What kind of belt wear does everyone get with HH's I get around 800 miles before I have to put in washers on secondary to get belt height corrrect.I can always smell burnt belt when taking off at a normal speed.I did not notice this with stock weights.I'm running the stock primary spring,secondary spring and helix.Sled is fast no complaints with performace.Just wondering if this was normal for HH's.

I have no problems with belt wear in 2000+ miles. I acutally changed to break in my spare. Something is not right in your setup. Not enough pressure to keep it from burning the belt.

Maybe it is how I ride I'm pretty heavy with the thumb.I got my set up from BBY and have fine tuned it from his settings a little.I just added a little tip weight to bring down my rpms a little.I got 2,000 miles out of my belt last year before it blew but I have to have my belt even or slightly above the secondary clutch.
