What size should i run to be safe, no EGTs i will be running 6-10 PSI of boost most of the time.

Get an EGT or fuel/air guage. These things are all different. I'm still working on dialing mine in.
Last week 2700-2900 elevation 27F 135 Mains, needles 1 notch raised(rich), 300 in pitot. Stock pilots Fuel screws 2 turns out.
Still wants to get 1300 + on 65-75MPH cruise. Its rich on the bottom, lean in the middle, rich on top.
Bender suggests going to 15 pilots with needles moved up another notch richer, with fuel screws 2 turns out. Then try a 400 in pitot to lean out top a little.
In the midrange it gets to 1300 real quick. I would say that without the EGT I would have probably melted this thing when cruising.
Sled feels better on bottom and top with a 450 in pitot. Pulls very hard, but I know I would have had serious trouble in the middle if I did not have the EGT.

Where my EGT is located, 1300 is probably equal to about 1420 @ the engine. :shock:
This is @ 6lbs boost, with 3 gallon of 110 Sunoco and 7 gal of 93 Sunoco.
