Got 140 mains in today. Tried her at 16 lbs once but she went lean popping within 5 sec after hitting WOT with the 135 mains in so I didn't dare to make another pass. Anyone with a AFR meter riding at 500-1000 ft with the MCXpress 16T rear turbo know what jetting to run at 16 lbs????

Are you running the STM billet carb caps? With more boost they help a lot. You may not be lean. I am running 142s and about 12:1.

Thank you guys - Your inputs help a lot. STM caps are on my list. In the meantime, is there anything I can do to seal the stock caps better?
I know that 135 mains give a lambda reading of 0.85 at 14 lbs boost (my friends sled has been testet at MCXpress with same kit as I have), that seems a little lean as 0.93 will be close to 12:1 AFR.
Rejetting is in process, going to ride her tomorrow with 140 mains in. I will order a set of 145s also, higher boost levels on race fuel is in my near future. Did I say I'm desperately in need of a AFR meter?
