Just bought a used bender stage 2 for trail riding and some lake running planning to run on pump gas all the time, Should I just run it on low boost or shim the head and run it on high boost on pump gas...Can I do this ???
Does anyone have a phone # for bender their web sight is down

Run it at 6psi on 93 octane, and 11-12 psi on AVGAS.
Head shim is a stupid idea.
As for help, ask us. We know more about the kits then they do.

If you are staying at lower boosts (6-8lbs) you can run 93 octane.
I put double head gaskets in mine along with hardened stud bolts. This way I can reach the higher boosts on racing fuel if I ever want.
Things I have found, you need to get all the "stuff" that you see in my signature at the bottom before I recommend turning the key on your sled. (boost gauge, temp gauge, a/f mixture....) As will you need clutching.
