bender stage2 lean problems

my sled is lean at full throttle runs real strong at mid throttle but at full throttle it starts popping how do i richen it up do i put biger main jets or charge tube jet

You sure youre not bouncing off the rev limiter? What is your A/F ratio at WOT?

You should get pretty close with the main jets and use the pitot jets for fine tuning. If you post what you are currently running I am sure there will be plently of folks that can help you get where you need to be.

cant get close to the rev limiter for it to bounce off i cant tell what jet is in the charge tube it got scratched off but the top is a 720 it looks bigger and it runs worse then the jet thats in it

700 to big. try a 200 or braze 1 shut. the higher the # the leaner you are

The plastic T's between the carbs for the float bowls are notorious leakers which would give you a lean condition.

Also the carb caps leak under boost.

700 is normally to big, but without knowing your jetting and elevation it is all a complete guess.

Ted, is right 95% of issues with boosted RX-1's are leaking tees. Do yourself a favor and ditch the plastic ones and get aluminum ones. MPI sells them.
