I saw a flyer from Bender racing showing a new large diameter Team roller secondary with I think a 6% under-drive and a 9% overdrive. It says it is the same as gearing down 1 tooth but with more top speed. I will try to find out more when I go to the Syracuse show next weekend. Anyone else hear about it??

Yes, I saw this setup at Hay Days. They run a different belt. I believe they were still testing it. I discussed this a little with Jeff at CPR Simmons. I think I am going to go with one of Jeff's kits instead.

I also like what I hear about Jeff's kits. I am going to look at Bender's kit at the Syracuse show and try to decide which one I like better. I have geared down and used Hauk's overdrive sheave in the past and been very happy with the results

I think I know where I can get that overdrive sheave at a discount. Isn't there some machining involved? What is required to run th OD.

If I remember correctly you have to modify the secondary to open up a little further. I think most aftermarket helix's will allow this. I think machineing is necessary if you keep your stock helix. I know you can use the stock belt with this setup.
