I don't like posting negative things but... If your product is so good why will you not update your business? Get more phones and hire people to answer them. Hire someone so you can take website orders. Calling every couple minutes throughout the day is ridiculous! I or you should not have to do that! It just makes good business sense to do something about it. I am worried I will not receive my order before my trip. Maybe next time I will order them in July and pray I receive them before December. Don't get me wrong, Scott is very knowledgeable, he just needs help with commerce and logistics :o|

Ordering in July is just as iffy. 2 years ago I bought a set of triple points. The carbide was defective and started loosing chunks after only a few hundred miles. I sent them back at the end of the season. I had to hound him for 8 months before I finally got the replacement bars.
 
I don't understand why many of us are waiting for SEVERAL months and you get them within a couple of weeks? :drink: :o| :o| :o| :o|
 
call him... it will take hours and hours to get through but it's worth it. I called him at least 100 times during the day :o| and finally got through to check the "status." :dunno:
 
I keep reading these posts of people having trouble getting a hold of Scott and he needs to hire help and waiting for orders. I dont know him from a hole in the wall but have purchased 3 sets of TP from him,for myself and friends. The most recent time was 2 weeks ago, I called him Monday morning got a hold of him first call and received my order on Thursday. Everytime I have received this kind of service.
 
I can never get through, nor have the time to spend calling throughout the day.
 
Same experience for me as aceltx09 - maybe it's us New Hampsters that are just lucky

Called Scott Monday Morning Mar 28th 9:15am. He answered and we spoke for 20 minutes (he got me up to speed on what I was getting and how to set it up). Ordered 6" Tri Points and he threw in 1/4" Ski Savers, Shims, and Contours. Shipped it out that afternoon (had the carbides in stock). I'll put them on Thursday night and hope to ride in the foot of snow we're due to get Friday. So, my experience has been more than positive.
