Bergstrom triple points...UNREAL

I lost a portion of the center carbide on one after about 2000 miles. Called to order 'one' new one. Scott asked 'why only one' and when I explained what happened he sent me a replacement free of charge. 3000 miles with them on my Rage and very happy with how they work.

Yeah, I just did a search for "Bergstrom" and picked one that seemed appropriate to post, rather than start a new thread...

Update - called Scott Bergstrom today and told him about the 'chipped' carbide. He told me to send just the one back, and he'd be sending me out a brand new pair ASAP. Won't argue with that. Great guy, great service.

I tried to get a new set last year. I waited 2 months, numerous calls and emails and never received them. I went with slydogs and some shaper bars on it.

Any particular reason for switching from the triple points???

Walked in the door yesterday 1/2 hour later I had a brand new pair of Triple points in my hands.

Yep, waiting 2 months for them last year and still no projected date. I was in need of something by this time and called Scott back and told him I couldnt wait no more. He refunded my payment and I bought slydogs with shaper bars.

I had no issues with the way they worked - they did awesome on the stock skis. Not as good as slydogs with shapers. But that has more to do with the ski Im guessing than the carbides.
