I get a spare 8dn every year at the snow show from port yamaha i think they are only like 50 bucks then cant get much cheaper then that. I also now have a few extra belts and may not buy one this year lol darn yamaha clutching and belts getting 2000+ miles per belt.

This just amazes me.Boosted 250hp, 3500 miles on 8DN belt and still no wear. This is a no brainer. 8DN
While the Apex isn't the most optimal sled for the mountains, all I ever concern myself with is adding fuel to it. Reliability is paramount to me.
