I realize everyone on here is saying ditch the tuners but its just not in the cards for me this year. What is the overall best carbides to run for both wear and driveability?

After I read through many pages on the topic I found that 2 6" sharper bar on each ski works better but still will have push in loose snow because of the design of the ski.

10-4 I have also seen that alot scrolling through here. You'd swear yamaha didnt test the ski at all when they made it becasue it wouldnt take much testing to realize it dont turn ! lol

With the limited grip of the tuner ski, the bar shape becomes more critical than carbide length. A flat or concave bar becomes pretty much mandatory to grip in anything but hard packed snow. Shapers seem to do the best job with these skis, but remember you can't polish a turd.

I bought Bergstromskegs. I was at the snowmobile show, and they had a lot of information. Went with the 8inch triple points.

Bergstrom Skegs Triple points 8",
