ROX has some kind of new extension for their handguards. I seen them at the Novi show and they look OK.

Thanks for all the replies so far. Lucky, I really like those Powermadd/Rox guards with the bigger soft attachments. Has anyone seen these in person, how large are they compared to the Skins Heat Loc?

exhaust

insulating the exhaust will cut down on performance. The cooling of the exhaust is what helps reduce the back pressure and therefore increasing flow through your motor.
I have closed the tunnel on my sons 08, rtx phazer with no heating problems.

They did have a display at the Novi show. They are large, but not quite as large as the Yami soft hand guards. TY member LJ452 has a set of the soft guards on his Nytro SE and they look nice.
