Windshield, and/or a onesie (1 piece suit) might be what you need then. The onesies should be on sale right now lol, They are honestly pretty awesome. they are warmer, not bulky, lighter, less restrictive, and most importantly, extremely effective at sealing out wind. I wear them with an underarmour 2.0 layer, on really cold days i might wear the underarmour 3.0 or 4.0, it is a good investment and have come a long way since the jump suits of the 80s and 90s.
