im looking for the best all around helix for a nytro xtx with 1.75 backcountry. riding trails and off trails. also will a mtx helix work for me at 8000-10000 ft?

I installed a mtx (europe mtx) 39 degree helix this summer. Have not tested it yet, as we dont got any snow at the moment.
Will post back a report when i have tested it out.

Test ride showed a significant increase in rpm. However i did not have enough snow to test it in climbs. But so far, good results

I have been using a 43-39 for a couple of years now. I mostly mountain ride and boondock off trail at 3000' to 7000' elevation, with an occasional trip below or above those elevations.
The stock XTX helix is a 43 and a MTX is 39 so I figured that I would split the difference and go with a multi-angle. I found it to be a nice all around set-up for the type of riding I do
