After more thought maybe the 6pm Lake Effect riser and doo XRS bars an ODI grips ( best grips ever )
And by the way... This is the worst topic ever!! It is going to cost me so much money!!!

Man oh man, I can't say that which has been the best mod I've done so far, so I'll list some must haves:
-Trail tank
-MTX heat exchanger
-Larger idler wheels
-Kimpex Arrow skis
-Yamaheater

Probably a three-way tie for me as well. 1.75x146" Ripsaw Lite Track w/extros- sled pulls like a freight train. Hygear Sport X full suspension package (made it into a whole new sled), and Yamaheaters (my hands get cold easily). Those are the big three, but I have made very few mods to my sled that I have regretted...

I would have to say the AC sno pro 1.395 track with extroverts. All the other mods were put on the sled before I actually rode it. Full Excell, Curves, Ulmer clutch kit, 4 inch riser, etc. I can say however that my nephews stock nytro SE is an absolutely different sled. No excitement to it whatsoever compared to mine. I guess that is what you get when you put an extra 2500 into it. Amazing, is it not. Spend 10-11 K and you throw another 2-3 k into it. Man... You have to love this sport... I know I do!!!

Here are some pics of mine, I like it because I can see and use it sitting or standing, which I do most of the time. This is the third spot I have had it and so far i like it here the best.

That's similar to my mount location, and like yours, mine works perfectly sitting or standing. Mine is also really glove friendly, with the exception of the zoom in button, which always gives me fits trying to use with the gloves on.
I know I have pics of the mount, but try as I might, I can't find them. I was going to take some pics of the riser I just installed, so I'll get some of the gps mount at the same time, but basically I have it mounted to the handlebar mount. Makes the gages even more useless than they already were, but it's not like the tach was visible anyway, and the gps has a speedo, so if it wasn't for the gas gage and hand warmers I wouldn't need the stock gage.

By far mine is the Yamaheater hand warmers... Nothing worse than trying to ride and also at the same time trying to keep your hands warm, not a problem anymore--- best mod to date for me....

I would say either my backpack or map bag, I can't go without storage. The slydog skis are a huge improvement in powder but I can't tell yet if it actually handles better on hard pack snow. I would put a spare 2 gallon gas tank at #1 but I have no room to carry it except on another sled!
