NyTrOMaNIaC I just had a look on ebay and there are loads of different RS5 slip ons by the look of it. Excuse the ignorance but are they all the same whether it be for a CBR 600, ZX6 etc. Or is there a specific one you need to get.

Also put a search in a Google and found an Exhaust store that sells new Yosh pipes. They show an R55 for a R6. Do you know if this is the same or different.

I'd get the RS5 slip on system that fits the Honda CBR's with undertail exhausts, model year 05 and up, not sure on what shape the mid pipe is on the ZX's, and I think the R6 has a different shape RS5 muffler, so it will look odd on the sled being it's specifically a side mount muffler. The supplied mid pipe for these CBR slip on systems needs to be cut and welded back together into an "S" shape in order to align the muffler so that it comes straight out the back, otherwise, the stock header will direct the muffler out on an angle. It's a bit of work, but well worth it ! If anyone decides to buy this system, send me a pm and I'll help you out with exact measurements.

Jardine RT1 pig nose..... booyah... I am gonna have dual exhaust on a snowmobile!

I almost bought the RTone, but the price I got on the new RS5 was killer, I couldn't pass it up. My dealer has an RTone on his demo FX Nytro RTX, I hear it sounds and looks amazing ! Nice choice of exhaust ! ;)!

just get a muffler shop to bend a pipe its a short pipe in a s shape easy to do then make a little bracket across the rear stock muffler mount holes weld a tab vertical and use the yosh muffler clamp to hold in place . ill post a pic

I purchased the Aaen Mega Power pipe last week but have not installed it yet. Any users have any + or - comments on this pipe? Aaen claims 6 hp gain with the quite core removed and only a couple decibels louder than stock.

Thanks NyTrOMaNIaC. Now I just have to make my mind up if I am going with Excell or the Yosh.

I went the DIY way. Watched ebay during the summer for 05-07 CBR 600RR, 1000RR slip ons. Ended up with a new Hindle titanium with mid pipe and hardware for $125. Was able to cut mid pipe and have exhaust shop bell the end to fit header. Made a small bracket and mounted using the oem rubber mounts and bolts. Week after all this, bought another Hindle carbon fiber discounted price from small scartch on bottom side. Don't know why I need two?
Overall it looks great to me how its strapped and exits the stock hole. Hope it sounds and performs well.
Can the Excell muffler be purchased without header? I think there would be alot of interest in the nice look and quality of the Ecell muffler and plastic withouy commiting to the full system and full system money.

had the yosh fired up today to move the sled in the garage sounds real nice sorry i havent posted pics but camara broken ... all the cans are the same for the rs5 call yosh customer line and ask i didnt use any of the yosh connector pipes . muffler shop did all the work cost 100$ + pipe
