I didn't mean it like thatI would just find a kit your comfortable with. People will say any kit is usable with pump gas just with low boost. If you want to go with pump gas and be safe I would recommend going with a head shim. I dont no a ton about meth injection but it just seems silly if many people on here are having no issues running 10-14psi with just a head shim.
I own the new mcxpress 290HP kit and it runs 14lbs of boost with just a head shim and premium gas. I hope this helps.
With meth you only need 87 octane gas and you can run more than 14psi. I look at it this way there are still alot of guys that can't even get premium gas in their area(like me) plus the meth kit is very easy to install and not very costly and with lower compression you loose power (or atleast on the start) add meth and gain. After adding the meth i had to add 3 washers to each clutch weight so the power had to come from somewhere and i doubt the sc grew over night. I love my supercharger on the attak and i am now thinking of a kit for the nytro but planing on going turbo this time just want to try something different plus you can't beat the sound of a turbo, thinking about a powerlites kit but whatever i get i will be having meth forsure. My meth kit paid for itself in just a few rides after paying $20 a gallon for racegas before and the only way i can get premium is by plane.
