Should you leave aired up or let air out and support it for storage? Not sure what would be better, anyone know for sure.

I do not have the M20, but my M10 air is still aired-up as we speak. I've never had any problems.

I sent an email to Fast with this question. My thought is less pressure on the seals the better, so I have mine on a lift aired down. I will share the info, from Fast once i receive a reply.

I put a jack stand under the back end just in case it loses air over the summer. I should open up the trailer an check on it.
This is what Team Fast replied with:
"You can leave air in the system or bleed air off, either way is fine. The most important is to store the sled with the rear end supported. You do not want the system collapsed with sled weight on it all of the off-season."
Have a great Summer!
