Big Gun Over Rev

Anyone ever tried the over rev cdi box. Is it bad on the motor to over rev 1000 rpm's. Dealer said worth 3hp???

It was $135.00 US. Vendor says 3 more of them crucial ponies. Says it advances the timing to get more torque on bottom end??? I hope to try it this weekend then I'll post the results next week
