I saw that someone else had posted their thoughts on the black tunnel on the Apex GT. The GT I saw at the show was not painted and liked it much better than the black tunnel. What are the chances Yamaha monitors this site? Could we possibly make an effort to change their minds to leave the tunnel un-painted ? Although, I'm sure there are a few that do like the black tunnel. dunno.

Not only is the GT tunnel black but so will the RTX's.

I like the black but it will scratch without a doubt. There would be too much hell to raise if Yamaha didn't paint them black, a lot of folks prefer the black, I personally would take unpainted.
