The directions say to lift the rear of the sled, crack the screw in the rear heat exchanger and wait until there are no are no air bubbles. Do you have the sled running while the bolt is open?

No after you do the back, left the front and open the radiator cap to let more air out. Then run the sled tell it gets warm with the cap off and top it off.
