mpi blow off valve

cant find instructions to install blow off valve for a stage 1 supercharger on a 09 Nytro XTX, dont no were to hook up the lines. can any buddy help me out.

thanks for the help, but my cooler has 2 threaded holes, it came pre drilled, and my bov is not like the one in the pic.
