Installed the blow off valve on my supercharger yesterday. I'm just waiting for the intercooler to get welded up. I should have pics by Saturday.
I used a Turbo XS type S. This seemed to be the popular model with the turbos and after some research looked like a good choice. I mounted the valve to the frame on the clutch side. To do this, I made up a small aluminum bracket and attached it to the bolt hole where the oil separator previously was. A short piece of hose with a 90* bend connects the bov to the intercooler. The other end is tied in to all 4 carbs on the manifold side using 3 T's and 1/8" tubing.

What size is it?
I used a Vortech 38mm blow off valve.
