I'm 99% sure they are SS with SS mandrel and multi-grip style. Can anyone confirm and where might I get some?.. All I have found is regular old junk.
Thanks

Most body rivets are steel - steel (zinc coated). Which ones are you referring to?
Do a search as there are folks on here that sell them. I do myself but I am in the states.

I'm talking about the 200 rivets down the tunnel, they are the multi grip style for sure. I can order Alum with SS mandrel, but I can't see them being steel, but I may be wrong..

We supply all of our products with 100% 304 stainless fasteners. We get our rivets from Mc Master Carr.

Good Old McMaster Carr, they pretty much have everything but in the multi grip style I only see Alum.

The rivets Yamaha uses are zinc plated steel multi-grips, you can check it out with a magnet.

Avdel Stavex is the model of rivet widely used on Yamaha tunnels.

Check out the pic of the sled.
Betheviper offered these rivets to TY members on the 2-stroke side for many years. I have filled in for him the last several years whenever he was out or too busy out of my own stock and for what it cost me. It looks like OFT is setup with a storefront, so as long as they have stock of what you need that might be a good option too.

you think the muffler support bracket on the back of my xtx is a zinc steel multi???
if so I need some as I thought in the rear of the tunnel area it would all be aluminum..

They are a zinc plated steel body and zinc plated steel mandrel and yes, we do stock them.
sj, I'm not aware of any aluminum rivets on a Yamaha unless they are except for attaching some lighter weight plastic parts. A magnet will answer your question fairly quickly
