So if I full throttle from a dead stop the sled will just sit there and sputter. Never stops running, just a low RPM sputter. Works perfectly well if got to almost full throttle then on it. I initially thought it was the green secondary spring and twisted it to 6 and 2 but it didn't make any difference (I'm running the new secondary). Could a improper throttle cable adjustment cause it? No codes. Once the track is moving I never have a problem. Maybe go one up in the spring?

Any exhaust or airbox mods? The combo of both really leans it out and can cause a bog off idle. I know with my Skinz can if I HAMMER the throttle it has a pretty noticeable bog right off idle. I need to either roll on the throttle OR rev it up to just under clutch engagement before I hammer it for a good launch. Idle speed has a lot to do with it also, it will tend to be boggy if it's at or below 1700rpm idle.

Have you synced the throttle bodies?

Yes airbox mod and exhaust. Haven't sync throttle bodies. I didn't notice it running the pink spring so figured it was the green spring.

Also it's Porkchop's motor and he didn't complain of it. Unless he didn't notice it.

Only air mod I did was some UNI pods on the box cover, it didn't fall flat.
Maybe needs throttle body sync or bad Canadian fuel?

Maybe you're running too lean with the mods?

I just assumed it was the secondary causing it. I'll modify the exhaust to give it some restriction and see if it improves.

Yeah just installed your UNI pods and did a custom exhaust. Maybe I'll try putting my airbox lid on and seeing if it makes a difference.
How's the Nytro? Solve your registration issue?

Combination of too stiff of a spring, very dirty helix and belt dust. Also had fouled plugs at the time.
I still get it just ever so slightly now. Dont think Ill ever figure it out. Try a short run with your airbox lid removed and see if it gets better or worse.
I have a PCIII but without an AF meter or Autotune like on the PC5 I really have no easy way of telling if it is fuel related.

Well I got rid of my bog. I installed the stock exhaust back on, polished my helix up and installed the green spring back in the secondary and the sleds running very nice now.
