The right fix is an aftermarket top bushing.Would that be possible if the sled works just fine at all other times then when it is almost (or fully) outshifted clutches?, was thinking it must make some kind of noice or issues with changing back and forth into reverse? Only happens over 100mph.
Asking as I am in mountains without too much possibility to get spares soon...
However, a quick fix is just a standard size bushing 1"id x 1.125"od x 1" long.
Most automotive stores carry or can get quickly.

It must be something having support like that at home. LOLWife says, Hey.....that's quite a machine you bought there. By the end of winter.....you'll be in top physical condition!!

Update on this topic;
I pulled the trigger after all good tips here and removed all things in the chain case.
Findings was that the top bushing was in bad condition and also that the plastic clips on the shift fork was totally missing (without a trace).
The condition of the reverse gear seems to be fine, please have a look and comment if not you guys who knows.
Very surprised after only 1940km on the odometer.
I assume the cause of the issue was as you have suggested in the thread. Many thanks!

Thanks for the update. Its hard to tell what condition the gear is in but obviously if in doubt replace it. DMC provides gears with their upgraded bushing already installed. DMC also provides brass shift fork pads that are an upgrade from stock.
