bog at holeshot

Mine acts like it's going to backfire. And it happens not just upon a dead stop.
did a wot run last week. when i slowed to make a turn and goosed it a few times around the turn, backfired through muffler. when new it seemed to rpm surge up and down if held at 1-2% throttle while turning around or maneuvering tight spots. still under 500 miles and i would rather rich than lean. maybe tps? i do not get any bog though normally. will check plugs today. anyone know if they are indexed? i'll mark them first anyway.

check your secondary clutch , i noticed on the stand that the secondary some times is not coming back all the way into low gear . in most cases it would come back but the odd time it would only allow the belt to only shift 1/4 inch from the top , once u hit the throttle again it would act lazy for a split second , i find the centre bushing seems very sloppy imo . but not sure of the factory specs , i hope someone will look deeper into this , i will report this to my dealer

Notice this ! And actually could be related to belt blowing IMO

It turned out mine was a fuel pressure regulator, it was pumping 95 psi and is only supposed to be 44-45 psi.
totally different machine now

Stock sled or flashed? Your dealer tested and adjusted?

Stock sled and yes it was at the dealer for this and Yamaha told them to check the regulator and sure enough it was The problems they replaced it with one that was still in a crate , that was good dealer service if you ask me

That's what all dealers are forced to do it seems. No parts available.

I still have yet to see a bog, hesitation from my SW or others I ride with. These sleds range from stock to stock ECU/ TP clutch kit, flashed ecu with TP clutch kit and flashed with OSP clutching. Still, no hesitation and even made a video that I need to download to Youtube where I can pull the skis up instantly like the start of a snow-cross race.
