I got my '08 back yesterday after replacing the starter and starter relay. Drove it about 70 miles and then i squeezed the throttle and it bogged and sputtered and i barely kept it running. Everything was good when about 3 miles later it happened again then it kept happening all the way home, even shut off a couple times. It does have a barker exhaust w/ the fuel controller they sell with it(ehs racing). Wondering if anyone has any advice. Im going to try unplugging the controller and going back to stock to see if it still does it in the mean time

I had this happen to me a couple weeks ago with code 33,34 and 35 showing up. Turned out it was moisture in the TPS connection.

Check your wire harness over. Mine was doing the same thing and it ended up that the harness had been rubbing on the frame and shorting it out. I was baffled for a couple weeks as it would only happen sometimes. Places to check are behind the primary where it runs between the block and the frame, behind the rad mount(where mine was rubbing) and along the upper frame loop underneath the steering post mount.

Sounds like sled could be having a lean condition. I would look at that fuel controller and all the wiring/harness around it. Check plugs for color. I would remove the fuel controller from the sled and test it. You wouldn't want to leave it without one for too long, but that might an issue. Maybe some other electric gremlin, since you said the starter was replaced.
