Sled keeps on shutting down!!

Went for a ride today with my sons 7000 CAT after changing fuel pump. IT STALLED. About 60 minutes into ride we thought we had it figured out with the fuel pump change. Next change will be the throttle block. then we will change the ignition. Son is really pissed off. So am my. Otherwise the sled runs great.

I would check the wiring harness. Wouldn't be surprised it's rubbed thru and intermittently grounding out. Seen this before in Cats.

I've gone through the harness. warranty ended this fall but cat dealer will work with us till it's fixed.

Finally!!!! We got it figured out. After trying sooo much crap, we changed the ECU. ALL GOOD NOW.

Did a 300 mile run yesterday. 7000 ran great.
