Boondocker box VS GEM

On a S.C. nytro is the Boondocker box better? What kind of settings does it have?

I found the boondockers box hard to tune and never could get it to clean up the way i like sleds to run, crisp and clean. This was on a boondocker kit though. Attitude boxs run much better in my opinion and are easier to dial in. Just my.02

I was under the impression they were made by the same company and were the same product other than Programing.

I have the software to write to the Gems Controllers.
