I'm looking for Boost AFR gauge(s) and am having a hard time deciding what to purchase...I've been reading every post I can find on boost/AFR gauges but I'm now more confused then before on the subject. I just bought a 2015 RS Viper XTX LE with a Yamaha/MPI turbo sea level or flatland kit...no gauges, intercooler ect and it has the GEMS unit on it...so it's the stock turbo that was dealer installed. I guess my questions to you guys is what do you sell and why should I buy it/them? I'm looking for gauges that I can see and are tough and will last...I plan one day to maybe boost boost but nothing crazy...not sure I want to open engine up to put head shim in but who knows. Any and all help appreciated...and deals welcome lol

I think the best and most durable gauges on the market are Innovate. Thats what I run on my Supercharged Apex. I have also installed the Koso 2, really a great gauge, little pricey but it will need an on/off swtich installed. The Koso has to be turned on after the Viper is running.. it does strange things to the O2 when its being cranked and causes the gauge to have errors.

So no trouble with Innovate...have looked hard at Koso but would like to keep it simple and don't need/want the temp gauge or on/off switch... unless the one on the Viper is not accurate ...I was a Nytro guy so the Viper is still a Mystery to me lol. I'll look into the Innovate...digital or analog boost?

I have the Digital Innovate and they have been perfect with no problems.

I have used the AEM 30-4900 in many years, no problems and easy to read

Here are a set on innovate gauges. No real time on them but they seem solid.

I ditched the GEMS unit and switched to Power commander 5 and the POD200 that runs with it. LOVE IT! Data logging feature is so helpful with tuning. Was able to get rid my other gauges as well since the POD shows you everything you need.

Did you get Hurricane to set it up? How much Canadian did this system run you? I hear that the PC5 setup is way easier on fuel and you can run 87 octane if you are stuck. If I don't go with the pc5 I think I'll go with the Innovate AFR and an analog boost gauge... had a good talk with buddy at MPI when I ordered my Ulmer turbo clutch kit and that's what he suggested...thx for the advise!

After a lot of reading and advise from ty members I bought my gauge set up...went with an Innovate 3844 MTX AFR and an Auto Meter 5401 Pro-comp boost gauge...they will be mounted in a OSP Gauge mount...thanks again for the help!
