Does it run through a intercooler? You can tap of anywhere really. Any pictures?
Behind the throttles, so that the gauge displays the pressure that the engine gets, rather than the higher pressure in front of the throttles.
Yes the sled does have an intercooler there is a line comming out of intercooler in the center by where the cooler hooks up to carbs.Pictures would be great from any of you members to show the exact location to hook up the boost gauge would be great.

As 4x4 said. You want it from one of the vac. nipples between the carbs and the head. You get a beter reading there than you do off the cooler.

vmax800: This picture is with the boost gauge connected to the carb boots. All the Carb boots are hooked together with T's and in the center there is a T that goes to the BOV in the charge tube and to the boost sensor that's on the frame (right side as you look at picture) rail.
I have since changed that and have the boost sensor connected to the inner cooler at the rear. The stock Bender location. The BOV is then hooked to the carb boots by itself.
The reason I changed is because my boost gauge shows both vacuum and boost, and seeing the vacuum numbers is very annoying.
Boost reading at the carb boots is approx. 1 psi less than the reading at the innercooler. Just adjust boost accordingly.

First off i appreciate all the responses now the next question are all the carbs suppose to have the T fittings or just the 2 outside carbs??The sled i have just have the fittings on the 2 carbs going to the BOV and not all 4.

If you 'T' all four you get a steadier reading.
