For what its worth I had ARP head studs and removed them and went stock TTY bolts when I had to swap the head early on by Ulmer. Good luck!

Theoretically, by doing the math, you should be able to run 28ish lbs of boost on Q16 with stock compression. I've pulled a rod out of a motor that was bent like an "S" that never ran over 14 lbs (thank god it didn't snap)! Your fuel & timing will need to be perfect and make sure your fuel is sealed and fresh (not dead fuel) at 20 lbs.
